Tyler Ayres is the founder of Ayres Law Firm and the Utah DUI Hotline. Mr. Ayres founded the DUI Hotline in an effort to provide information about the severity of DUI allegations to those who need it most! As all of his advertisements point out, "most people think that DUI is little more than a speeding ticket...until the sentencing." Mr. Ayres believes that this sort of ambush justice is not justice at all. The only way to avoid being sideswiped by a DUI sentencing is to understand the severity of the consequences before entering a plea.

Mr. Ayres has defended individuals accused of DUI since 2001. During that time he has represented hundreds of DUI clients in their criminal proceedings regarding DUI as well as at the DMV hearings. Mr. Ayres attends that National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers annual DUI conference in an effort to maintain his understanding of current DUI defense strategies and techniques. Additionally, Mr. Ayres puts forth significant effort towards the individual study and understanding of DUI defense to provide the best possible representation to all of his client's accused of DUI.
